Rangefinder is Salsa's confidence-building trail hardtail designed for riders who want to start diskovering their local trail systems.
With Rangefinder Deore 11 27.5+, you are equipped to explore your local trails or travel far and wide in search of new ones. Stable trail geometry provides a feeling of confidence when you are pedaling through tough spots, descending steep slopes, or just riding unfamiliar terrain. A 120mm fork and dropper post improve your control, while 70cm (27.5") x 2.8" wheels and tires are good for nimble handling, quick acceleration, and stellar traction. With Shimano's reliable Deore 11-speed drivetrain, this is one of the very best trail hardtail options for aspiring mountain bikers.
A blend of Salsa's proprietary, top-shelf 6061-T6 double- and triple-butted tubing creates a light, responsive, and durable frame with great trail feel. Rangefinder's long top tube, short stem, and 439mm chainstays provide a stable ride to keep you in control on steep and technical terrain. The frame features two bottle cages on the inside of the frame, an accessory mount on the underside of the down tube, and top tube mounts for use with Salsa's EXP Series Direct-Mount Top Tube Bag. Rear rack mounting bosses are also included at the dropouts, and with the addition of a 35.0mm Rack-Lock seatpost collar, a rear rack can be fitted.
